The human AAgAtlas (autoantigenes) database developed in Phoenix Center (Beijing Proteome Research Center or BPRC) in China, is available here. Currently (July 31, 2018) the database contains 1126 human autoantigens and 1071 related human diseases.
The Human Diabetes Proteome Project (HDPP) initiative is a worldwide constellation of expertise to generate systems-level insights into diabetes-associated cellular changes. HDPP generates multivariate data sets over time from specialised cells and organs of healthy and diabetic individuals. HDPP made available online 1000 diabetes-associated proteins.
