GPMDB spreadsheet with evidence codes

To obtained the list proteins with no evidence for each chromosome you should make the following steps:

1. Download the spreadsheet click here.
2. Open the downloeded file with excel.
3. Open the tab of the chromosome of your interest.
4. Sort the page by the "EC" (evidence code) column.
5. All of the entries with EC = 1 are "black" (or at least blackish grey).
